Negative Shakeology Review: I'M STILL HUNGRY AFTER I DRINK IT.
Every once in a while, I feel this way too, not gonna lie. I will repeat that...every once in a while. The truth is, some people may require more calories than others in order to feel "full". We all burn calories at a different rate, depending on weight, male or female, time of the day....and dare I say, time of the month ;)
So maybe you've had other meal replacement shakes that give you that "full" feeling. You may want to compare ingredients. Many of those shakes rely on chemicals to make you feel full, while Shakeology relies on whole-food nutrients to satisfy you.
If you really don't feel full after drinking Shakeology, you may want to add some healthy calories into your shake. There are a TON of RECIPES online too!

Negative Shakeology Review: It Makes Me Gassy and Bloated...
I don't know what your current diet includes, but it it doesn't include fiber, vegetables and fruits, your body will probably go into a momentary state of shock. Negative Shakeology Review: I DIDN'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT...
This is not something I hear too often, but every once in awhile, someone will utter these words. My first question will always be...drum roll please...what ELSE did you eat?!?!
These are the top 3 things revealed during my fishing expedition for "real and honest" answers...
#1...You didn't drink it every day...
#2...You have only been drinking it for a couple of days
#3...You replaced one meal, but then ate like crap for the other 2 meals
What you cannot do is drink your Shakeology for breakfast, then eat Burger King for lunch and Dominos Pizza for dinner. Just like when you workout, and then go to McDonalds and slam down a Quarter Pounder w/double cheese and super-sized fries. Kind of defeats the purpose, right?!?! Right.

This is probably one of the most common complaints I hear about Shakeology. And what do I have to say about that? At just a little over $4 a day, I'm pretty sure that's still less than what you pay for your morning Starbucks or your Meal Deal at McDonalds. Maybe you're ordering off the Dollar Menu and only spending $3+tax, but I can guarantee you will NOT be getting the nutrients, vitamins, protein, and superfoods you would get from one serving of Shakeology. It has been created to improve your health, reduce your junk food cravings, help you lose weight, and increase your energy. Another guarantee is that your fast food will DEFINITELY NOT do that.
Shakeology is not just a meal replacement, it is SO MUCH MORE! It is not a chemically produced shake like most on the market. Shakeology is created with only whole food ingredients from all around the world. Take a look at the equivalent in nutrients below (note that shot of wheat grass- that right there saves you at least $3/day!). Would you want to eat all those veggies, fruits and yogurt in one seating? Ummmm....no, definitely not me...I'd rather drink it in a super delicious shake thank you very much!

Trust In Your Journey and Give It Time
Be very afraid of anything that claims it will help you lose
weight without exercise and good nutrition. Chances are you will lose a few
pounds in the beginning, but you’ll gain back even more. The truth is we all want quick and easy
results, but the journey to lose weight and get healthy for the long term is usually
not quick and easy. Many of us want to swallow a pill, have a surgeon lop off
fat or cut out parts of our insides because we don’t want to put in the effort and
allow the process of “healthy weight loss” to work. NOTHING replaces exercise and good nutrition. It’s finding that “thing” that will make the
journey to get healthy by working out and eating well bearable so it eventually becomes a lifestyle for you. I’m still on
my journey, but it gets easier every day, especially when I see the results pay
off.
A HUGE key for me has been finding motivation and inspiration from others. Find people who will motivate, inspire and support you. I have found that by reaching out to others in my same boat,
discussing not only our weak moments, but our triumphs as well, has been the missing key all along!
